Shaq's lawyer on alleged assault at TNT: 'Horseplay'

According to the lawyer for Shaquille O'Neal, the investigation into an alleged assault of a co-worker by O'Neal at TNT is simply the result of the big man practicing his Shaq-Fu.

Not to take a potential assault lightly or anything, but his lawyer described the incident as "horseplay" that resulted in injury to the co-worker, not anything more egregious.

Robert Williams, O'Neal's co-worker at Turner Studios, has claimed that Shaq "ran out of a room and hit me with a tackle punch to the back knocking me down and falling on top of me injuring my neck and back," according to the police report.

As the investigation continues, Williams is recovering from surgery as a result of his injuries, and "he does state, emphatically, that the permanent injuries he received were not the result of participation in any form of 'horseplay.'"

Dennis Road, O'Neal's attorney, said in a statement that the incident, "was nothing more than horseplay. No one intended for anyone to get injured."

One enormous question remains: what, exactly, is a tackle punch?
