- Mike Evans went from having no help in the receiving corps to being surrounded by talent at wideout and tight end. While his target total might be affected, his efficiency should improve, keeping him just outside of the top three.
- No one came away from the draft happier than DeAndre Hopkins, who may finally have a real quarterback to throw him the ball. Deshaun Watson is still a rookie, but he'll be a major upgrade at the position and will help restore Hopkins' fantasy value.
- Keenan Allen takes a tumble down the list as he works his way back from a torn ACL and now has to deal with a top rookie added to the mix. With Mike Williams, Tyrell Williams, Travis Benjamin, Hunter Henry, and Antonio Gates all vying for targets, Allen's volume is almost certain to take a hit.
- Corey Davis is my top-ranked rookie and caused Rishard Matthews to fall in the rankings. Tennessee doesn't throw enough to keep both players fantasy relevant on a weekly basis.

- Still think people are overlooking Pierre Garcon, who has zero competition for targets in San Francisco. Brian Hoyer is a serviceable quarterback and Garcon is going to be a fantasy starter this season.
- Another name to get familiar with - Adam Thielen. He flew under the radar most of last season, despite some solid performances and is poised to top 1,000 yards for the first time in 2017.
