Consider this Russell Westbrook's final bid for the Most Valuable Player award.
Westbrook drilled a 30-foot triple at the final buzzer to eliminate the Denver Nuggets from playoff contention. He single-handedly outscored the Nuggets 13-2 over the final 2:27 to give OKC the 106-105 win.
He finished with 50 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists on Sunday for his 42nd triple-double of the season, surpassing Oscar Robertson's record that had stood for over five decades.
