Justin Wilcox has found the man to run his offense at California.

Just two days after being officially named the newest head coach of the Golden Bears, Wilcox got right to work and named Eastern Washington head coach Beau Baldwin as the program's next offensive coordinator, Baldwin announced in a press conference Monday, according to Sean Meagher of The Oregonian.

Baldwin had spent the previous nine seasons as head coach of the Eagles, compiling an overall record of 85-32, including an FCS national championship in 2010, and four subsequent Big Sky Conference titles.

Baldwin's entrance into the Golden Bears program is just the latest step in a high-speed overhaul that began with the firing of former head coach Sonny Dykes on Jan. 8, followed by the departure of former offensive coordinator Jake Spavital to West Virginia on Jan. 13. Wilcox was officially named head coach a day later.
