Andre Johnson stayed true to form when he quietly announced his retirement this week.
On Wednesday, he provided a short yet sweet message on Instagram to his fans and the three organizations he played for during his career. He made sure to highlight the Houston Texans in particular, the team he spent the first 12 years of his career with.
"To the city of Houston and the most incredible fans on earth, I simply end this journey by saying, Houston is my destination, I am coming home and I will always be a Texan," Johnson signed off.
Johnson's next destination just might be the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
