It didn't take long for Boston Red Sox rookie outfielder Andrew Benintendi to make his presence felt in the postseason.

During his playoff debut Thursday, the 22-year-old hammered a third-inning home run off Cleveland Indians starter Trevor Bauer during Game 1 of the ALDS, becoming the youngest Red Sox player to ever go deep in the postseason.

With the 408-foot blast, Benintendi passed Reggie Smith - who homered in the 1967 World Series - as the youngest player to ever do so.
