Dayton will be without Kostas Antetokounmpo for the 2016-17 season, as the brother of Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo has been ruled a partial qualifier by the NCAA and will redshirt.

The 6-foot-10 forward will be prohibited from practicing with the Flyers for the first semester of school, and will not play the entire campaign. He will have four years of eligibility remaining beginning with the 2017-18 season.

Antetokounmpo was ranked as a three-star recruit and the third-overall prospect in the state of Wisconsin by ESPN in the 2016 class.
