Watch: Trout's autograph brings young Angels fan to tears

When you get an autograph from the best baseball player on the planet, some waterworks are to be expected.

And, as it happens, that's exactly what went down Sunday at Comerica Park, where one lucky Los Angeles Angels fan managed to get Mike Trout to sign his baseball before his club's series finale against the Detroit Tigers.

"I love you, Mike," the incredulous young fan appears to say as Trout came over to sign. "You're my favorite player."

After getting his baseball signed by his hero, the lad was overcome with emotion, leaping into his dad's arms and triumphantly fist-pumping as tears started streaming down his face.

Man, baseball is the greatest.
