After sitting out the past 30 days due to his first Wellness Policy violation, former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns returned to the company in a big way during a Live Event on Friday night.

Following a title bout between Seth Rollins and champion Dean Ambrose in the main event, Reigns made his way down from the entranceway and laid out Rollins with his signature Superman punch.

He then gazed down at the championship belt, picked it up, and tossed it at The Lunatic Fringe before heading to the locker room.

World Wrestling Entertainment never publicly revealed the substance Reigns tested positive for, although The Wrestling Observer Newsletter's Dave Meltzer reports that the drug in question was Adderall, which is commonly used to treat ADHD, but can also be used to mask fatigue and pain while increasing alertness.

The former Shield enforcer will return to action on Sunday night at Battleground against both Rollins and Ambrose in a Triple Threat match for the gold.
