Talk about awkward.

When Brittany Lang earned her first career major win at the U.S. Women's Open on Sunday, what should have been a moment of pure joy was diluted somewhat when USGA president Diana Murphy introduced her.

Rather than Brittany, Murphy announced the champion as "Bethany Lang" and referred to her as Bethany multiple times, which led to shouts of her correct first name from the crowd.

Despite the incident, Lang is likely still pretty pleased, as long as the trophy has the right name on it.
