Roman Reigns was suspended for 30 days by WWE on Tuesday for his first violation of the company's Talent Wellness Program, the news of which came as a surprise to many.

"Stone Cold" Steve Austin shared his thoughts on Reigns' suspension during an appearance on ESPN Radio's "Russillo & Kanell" show, saying he thinks the former world champion will be able to bounce back.

"He got popped, and that's just the way it is," Austin said, according to WrestleZone.com. "He owned it, and he'll live to come back another day. He owned it, so I think the kid did the right thing. Sometimes these things happen."

This was Reigns' first violation of the wellness policy. A second offense leads to a 60-day suspension, with a third resulting in immediate termination.
