He's pretty upset.
Following the New York Mets' 4-3 win over the Kansas City Royals Wednesday, manager Terry Collins addressed the game in a brief presser, as per usual.
He said outfielder Yoenis Cespedes left the game because of discomfort in his left wrist. Then when no one had any questions left to ask, he dropped this bomb:
"Noah Syndergaard's seeing a doctor, his elbow's flared up on him, that's why I took him out of the game," Collins said.
Immediately after delivering the news, he was gone.
