Watch: The Roots play 76ers' theme song for Ben Simmons on Tonight Show

If it wasn't already all but official that the Philadelphia 76ers are expected to select Ben Simmons with the No. 1 pick in Thursday's NBA Draft, "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" may have made it so on Tuesday.

When Simmons was introduced to Fallon's audience, The Roots serenaded the LSU product with a rendition of the 76ers' theme song, "1 2 3 4 5 SIXERS!"

The Roots, of course, hail from Philadelphia.

Earlier on Tuesday, it was reported that the 76ers had already informed Simmons after a workout that they will, indeed, make him the franchise's first No. 1 overall pick since Allen Iverson 20 years ago.
