Love's Game 3 status unknown
Kevin Love's availability for Game 3 of the NBA Finals won't be known until Wednesday, according to Cleveland Cavaliers head coach Tyronn Lue.
Love was placed in the NBA's concussion protocol after taking an elbow to the head from Harrison Barnes. Love stayed in the game momentarily but exited upon experiencing dizziness in the second half.
Without Love, the Cavaliers lost by 33 points to fall into a 0-2 hole against the Golden State Warriors.
Love didn't take to the court for practice Tuesday, and his status is up in the air for Game 3.
"We won't know until (Wednesday)," Lue said, while adding Love is making progress and feeling better.
In the meantime, Lue and his staff have discussed potential lineup changes - perhaps pertaining to Love's absence - but he declined to reveal those changes.
Love has scored 22 points on 24 shots in The Finals and the Cavaliers have been outscored by 16 in his 58 minutes.
