Report: No team wants Greg Hardy, GMs say
Greg Hardy's time in the NFL may be nearing its end.
The veteran defensive end, who hit the free-agent market in March following a one-year stint with the Dallas Cowboys, hasn't received any sort of known interest this offseason.
After speaking with a number of general managers, ESPN's Ed Werder reports the most widespread opinion around the league is that nobody wants to sign Hardy.
Hardy caught on with the Cowboys as a free agent last offseason. Dallas was one of few clubs to show interest in his services on the heels of a 2014 campaign in which he spent all but one game on the commissioner's exempt list as a result of a domestic violence incident.
Though the 27-year-old started all 12 contests for the Cowboys after returning from his four-game suspension, his behavior made him a locker room distraction throughout the season.
Two months after again becoming a free agent, Hardy and his representation appear to be trying to drum up interest. Agent Drew Rosenhaus has reportedly shared information about Hardy's attempts at self-improvement with all 32 teams, detailing his evaluation and treatment for personality and mood disorders.
