The Golden Bears added some offense to their roster Wednesday, as former Columbia guard Grant Mullins told Jeff Borzello of ESPN he will transfer to Cal for his final season of eligibility.

"I felt very comfortable with coach Martin, coach Tracy (Webster) and the whole coaching staff," said Mullins, who picked the Bears over Syracuse and Michigan. "I feel like Cal is a place where I can step in and help the team have success."

The 6-foot-3 Canadian averaged 13.3 points per game last season and shot a blistering 43.9 percent from behind the arc. His addition should help ease the losses of key scorers Jaylen Brown and Tyrone Wallace, both of whom are headed for the pros.

Cal is coming off one of its best seasons in recent memory, and should be a force to be reckoned with in the Pac-12 again next year, thanks to the returns of several top players, including Ivan Rabb.
