The Golden State Warriors began their NBA title defense Saturday, but that didn't stop die-hard baseball fan Stephen Curry from working on his pitching mechanics before Game 1 with the Houston Rockets.
Curry, a lifelong Boston Red Sox fan, fully endorsed the club's offseason additions of David Price and Craig Kimbrel last December. His brother, Seth, is a New York Yankees supporter, which fuels their sibling rivalry.
The reigning NBA MVP suffered an ankle injury in the postseason opener, but Golden State still cruised to a 104-78 victory.
