21. Washington Redskins - Andrew Billings, DT, Baylor

The Redskins take full advantage of a deep defensive-line class, pushing talent further down the board. Billings is a rare nose tackle capable of both dominating against the run and staying on the field to rush the passer in sub packages.

22. Houston Texans - Vernon Butler, DT, Louisiana Tech

Defensive line isn't the most pressing need, but that doesn't mean Houston should pass up the opportunity to add another strong presence up front. With Butler working alongside J.J. Watt, and Jadeveon Clowney lining up opposite Whitney Mercilus on the edge, the Texans' defense would be a nightmare for opposing offensive lines to block.

23. Minnesota Vikings - Laquon Treadwell, WR, Ole Miss

Minnesota has to be hoping that a top receiver falls to this spot in the first round. Treadwell is a physical pass-catcher who should produce at the short and intermediate levels of the field, while providing Teddy Bridgewater with a much-needed contributor in the red zone.

24. Cincinnati Bengals - Kevin Dodd, DE, Clemson

Both receiver and safety could be an option here if the value is deemed appropriate, but Cincinnati can certainly also add to the defensive line. Dodd has the skill set and frame necessary to line up at a number of spots across the Bengals' four-man front.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers - Eli Apple, CB, Ohio State

Making upgrades in the defensive backfield would go a long way toward complementing the high-powered scoring attack in place on the opposite side. Apple could either start from day one, or take on a sub-package role as he transitions to the NFL level.

26. Seattle Seahawks - Jason Spriggs, OT, Indiana

Offensive line is the most glaring need on an otherwise stacked Seahawks roster. Whether it's at left or right tackle, Spriggs has the athleticism to thrive as part of Tom Cable's zone-heavy blocking scheme.

27. Green Bay Packers - Darron Lee, LB, Ohio State

The Packers finally get their inside linebacker. Lee is an exceptional athlete that can be utilized in a number of different ways in the middle of the field. As a bonus, his presence would allow Clay Matthews to move back to a pass-rush role on the edge.

28. Kansas City Chiefs - William Jackson III, CB, Houston

The void left by the free-agent departure of Sean Smith has to be addressed immediately. Jackson gives Kansas City another young cornerback to pair with Marcus Peters for the foreseeable future.

29. Arizona Cardinals - Leonard Floyd, OLB, Georgia

Arizona now has one impact edge-rusher after acquiring Chandler Jones in a trade with the New England Patriots. Why not land two? The Cardinals could have a lethal pass rush if they were to add Floyd at the other outside linebacker spot.

30. Carolina Panthers - Karl Joseph, S, West Virginia

Joseph should sneak into the bottom of the first round if teams are satisfied with the medical reports on his knee. The West Virginia product has a combination of physicality and play-making ability that can be put to use in the middle of an already dominant Panthers defense.

31. Denver Broncos - Chris Jones, DT, Mississippi State

The Broncos made the right decision allowing Malik Jackson to find his free-agent pay day elsewhere. Chris Jones, a highly explosive talent who can make an impact against both the run and pass, may be the perfect replacement on the interior defensive front.

* Patriots forfeit first-round pick as part of Deflategate sanctions
