2016 NFL Mock Draft 4.0: Picks 11-20
11. Chicago Bears - Sheldon Rankins, DT, Louisville
With the top two tackle prospects off the board, Chicago should be looking to upgrade the interior defensive line. Rankins would be a strong run defender at the five-technique spot on early downs, while kicking inside and providing value as a pass-rusher in nickel sets.
12. New Orleans Saints - Josh Doctson, WR, TCU
Continuing to avoid a complete and necessary rebuild, the Saints are going for it one last time with Drew Brees. Doctson is gaining traction as the top receiver in this draft, and with his ability to win over the top of defenders could be a strong complement to Brandin Cooks.
13. Miami Dolphins (via PHI) - Shaq Lawson, DE, Clemson
Cameron Wake is coming off an Achilles injury as he enters his age-34 season, and Mario Williams is little more than a short-term free-agent addition on the opposite side. Lawson would emerge as the club's primary edge-rusher sooner than later.
14. Oakland Raiders - Vernon Hargreaves, CB, Florida
Oakland gets a steal at No. 14 after Hargreaves takes a minor slide. Landing the Florida standout is another substantive move in upgrading an incredibly thin secondary, as he should be an immediate contributor in nickel packages before eventually stepping into a starting role.
15. Tennessee Titans (via L.A.) - Jack Conklin, OT, Michigan State
Tennessee misses out on Laremy Tunsil after trading down, but the club still manages to upgrade the offensive line while also landing a number of draft picks both this year and next. Conklin could take over the right tackle job as a rookie, allowing Taylor Lewan to stay on the left side.
16. Detroit Lions - Mackensie Alexander, CB, Clemson
Detroit's secondary could finally be in good shape if this is the way the board falls on opening night. Alexander gives the Lions another young talent to pair with Darius Slay, significantly upgrading a defense that finished the 2015 season allowing an opponent passer rating of 100.9.
17. Atlanta Falcons - Corey Coleman, WR, Baylor
Quite possibly the most explosive playmaker in this draft, Coleman would be an intriguing player to pair with Julio Jones. For as much as Matt Ryan has struggled of late, he'd almost certainly be poised for a strong few years at the helm of an offense featuring these weapons.
18. Indianapolis Colts - Noah Spence, OLB, Eastern Kentucky
Indianapolis needs help on the edge. If Spence can provide answers to the questions teams will have in interviews, he's undoubtedly worthy of this spot. His explosiveness off the edge would be put to good use as a linebacker in the Colts' 3-4 defense.
19. Buffalo Bills - Reggie Ragland, LB, Alabama
It's tough to envision the Bills going elsewhere if Ragland is still on the board at No. 19. The Alabama standout does everything Rex Ryan will be looking for in the centerpiece of his defense.
20. New York Jets - Taylor Decker, OT, Ohio State
Ryan Clady shouldn't be considered a long-term replacement for D'Brickashaw Ferguson. Decker could compete with the newly acquired left tackle, or start his NFL career on the right side.
