Ezekiel Elliott regrets last week's postgame comments, still wants more carries

Following a 42-13 blowout against rival Michigan, it appears order has been restored in the Ohio State locker room.

After last weekend's shocking 17-14 loss to Michigan State in which he only had 12 carries, Buckeyes running back Ezekiel Elliott ripped his team's play-call selection and announced that he intended to enter the 2016 NFL Draft.

He was singing a different tune on Saturday after running for 214 yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries against the arch-rival Wolverines.

"I regret everything I said (last week) ... I want to be the ultimate team player," said the junior in the postgame press conference.

However, Elliott later stirred the pot again, pointing out on Twitter how Alabama was using its star running back, Derrick Henry.

Elliott and his teammates will watch from the couch next week as the Spartans and Iowa battle it out for the Big Ten Championship.
