LSU fans breathe easy, it appears Leonard Fournette will be back to full action very soon.

The uber-talented running back - who suffered a sprained ankle last week during practice and was seen walking in a protective boot - is on the road to recovery.

"He was running today and yesterday and is out of the boot," head coach Les Miles confirmed to reporters Tuesday. "We expect him back to full practice soon."

Fournette already assured reporters he would be fine to suit up for the Tigers' season opener at Lambeau Field against Wisconsin. The standout junior rushed for 1,953 yards and 22 touchdowns in 2015 and represented the focal point of LSU's offense.
