NCAA Game Summary - Ohio State vs. Michigan State

Indianapolis, IN (SportsNetwork.com) - Connor Cook passed for 304 yards and three touchdowns and No. 10 Michigan State beat No. 2 Ohio State, 34-24, in the Big Ten Championship Game Saturday night.

Michigan State will go to the Rose Bowl for the first time in 25 years after ending Ohio State's 24-game winning streak and dashing the Buckeyes' hopes for a spot in the BCS Championship Game.

The Spartans (12-1) scored the last 14 points on Cook's 9-yard touchdown pass to Josiah Price and Jeremy Langford's 26-yard run after Braxton Miller and the Buckeyes (12-1) had run off 24 in a row to take the lead.

The Buckeyes lost for the first time under Urban Meyer, and it couldn't have come at a worse time. After moving to No. 2 in the BCS standings, they were a win away from playing Florida State for the national championship.
