NCAA Game Summary - North Florida at USC Upstate

Spartanburg, SC (SportsNetwork.com) - Ricardo Glenn tallied 22 points and nine rebounds to lead the third-seeded USC Upstate Spartans over the sixth- seeded North Florida Ospreys, 80-74, in the quarterfinals of the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament at the Hodge Center.

Ty Greene came off the bench to net 14 points for USC Upstate (19-13), which will hit the road to take on No. 2 seed Mercer in Thursday's semifinals. Fred Miller and Jodd Maxey added 13 and 12 points, respectively.

For UNF (16-16), Chris Davenport tallied a double-double with 27 points and 10 rebounds, Dallas Moore had 13 points, Travis Wallace scored 12 and Beau Beech brought down 10 boards.

USC Upstate took a 38-30 lead into halftime after shooting 51.9 percent from the field in the opening 20 minutes, while UNF lagged behind at just 37.5 percent.

The Spartans opened up an advantage as large as 15 in the second half, which proved to be too much for the Ospreys to overcome.

USC Upstate outscored the Ospreys at the foul line, 23-14, and scored 22 points off of 18 UNF turnovers.
