NCAA Game Summary - Ohio University at Miami-Ohio

Oxford, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Javarez Willis and Maurice Ndour scored 15 points apiece, as the Ohio University Bobcats claimed an 82-76 overtime victory against the Miami-Ohio RedHawks in the Mid-American Conference regular-season finale for both teams at Millett Hall.

Nick Kellogg added 14 points and Antonio Campbell scored 13 for the Bobcats (21-10, 11-7 MAC), who entered the day needing a win along with losses by Akron and Eastern Michigan to earn the No. 4 seed and a double bye in the MAC Tournament. Reserve Treg Setty pulled down a game-high 11 rebounds to go along with his eight points.

Willie Moore led all scorers with 24 points for the RedHawks (12-17, 8-10), while Quinten Rollins and Will Sullivan had 12 points apiece in the loss.

Both teams shot better than 50 percent from the floor in the opening frame, although it was OU claiming a 37-33 halftime lead behind a 6-of-10 effort from the perimeter.

Ndour forced overtime with a layup that tied the score at 68-68 with three seconds to play in regulation.

The Bobcats controlled the extra session as Kellogg and Willis hit back-to- back 3-pointers to give OU a four-point lead with two minutes remaining. The Bobcats held on for the victory by sinking free throws down the stretch, while Miami went on to shoot just 2-of-7 from the floor and missed all three of its 3-point attempts in overtime.

The victory was the sixth straight for OU in the "Battle of the Bricks" series. The win also gave Miami a road sweep of the MAC East Division for the first time ever.
