NCAA Game Summary - Bradley at Drake

Des Moines, IA (SportsNetwork.com) - Aaron Hawley scored 23 points and brought down eight rebounds as the Drake Bulldogs finished the regular season with a 71-66 victory over the Bradley Braves in Missouri Valley Conference action at the Knapp Center.

Richard Carter added 18 points and seven assists for Drake (15-15, 6-12 MVC). Jacob Enevold chipped in 11 points.

Walt Lemon Jr. netted 20 points for Bradley (12-19, 7-11), which also got 15 points from Omari Grier and 10 from Tyshon Pickett.

The Braves controlled the first half and led 37-26 at the break. They connected on 57.7 percent of their shots from the floor in the period, compared to a 45.5 percent effort from the Bulldogs.

Drake woke up on both ends in the second half, shooting 54.2 percent from the field and limiting Bradley to nine field goals to rally for the win.

Bradley lost despite a 16-1 scoring edge off of turnovers. Drake was the better team on the glass (31-23).
