Millsap suffered a laceration on his head during the fourth quarter Saturday's game against the Hawks and is doubtful to return, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Analysis:

Millsap sustained the injury when he accidentally butted heads with the Pistons' Aron Baynes, resulting in Millsap drawing blood. He'll require stitches to close to the wound, and with the Hawks owning a commanding lead at the time of his departure, it's unlikely he'll return to the court. Millsap was able to post a stellar stat line before existing, offering 23 points (8-14 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), nine rebounds, five assists, four steals, and four blocks over 29 minutes. The Hawks should provide an update on Millsap's condition prior to Monday's game against the Bulls.
