Knight (groin) suited up and was active for Wednesday's game against the Knicks, but he didn't enter the game, the Arizona Republic reports.

Analysis:

Coach Earl Watson said the decision to return will be up to Knight, but it's possible the guard could miss a couple more games, as the Suns aren't slated to practice again until Tuesday. "It's more of a mental thing, the conditioning, the fatigue," Watson said. "We don't want him to come back and injure something else." Watson also noted that whenever Knight does return, he'll come off the bench for a game or two before reentering the starting lineup. As a result, Knight won't make for an enticing daily option even if he takes the court Thursday against the Nuggets.
