Analysis:

Noel was sidelined for both of the 76ers' games against the Heat over the past weekend, but the fact that he's only been diagnosed with a bruise rather than any structural issues with his right knee suggests he'll be back on the court before long. The 76ers are off the schedule until Wednesday against the Rockets, giving Noel some time to show that he's healthy during team practices.
