Analysis:

Babbitt saw 15 minutes of court time in the Pelicans' previous game Monday against the Timberwolves, but that's been his lone appearance over the last seven contests. Even though the Pelicans continue to play without Eric Gordon (finger), Tyreke Evans (knee), and Quincy Pondexter (knee), there's been little effort from coach Alvin Gentry to integrate Babbitt into the rotation.
