Noah Vonleh: Suffers sprained ankle Tuesday

Vonleh suffered a left ankle sprain in Tuesday's game against the Bucks and won't return.

Analysis:

He came down awkwardly on the ankle after fighting for rebounding position in the third quarter. The team's trainers evaluated Vonleh before assisting him in walking to the locker room, during which he appeared to be in quite a bit of pain. He was inserted into the starting lineup after Meyers Leonard suffered a shoulder injury in December and has stayed in the lineup since, but he may be looking at an absence of his own now. Look for further details to be made available prior to the Blazers' next game Thursday against the Raptors. Leonard and Ed Davis would stand to see extra minutes if Vonleh misses further time.
