DeMarcus Cousins: Upgraded to probable

Cousins (back) has been upgraded to probable for Monday's game against the Mavericks, James Ham of CSN Bay Area reports.

Analysis:

After going through shootaround, Cousins has been upgraded from questionable to probable, and it now appears likely he'll return after missing the last three games with back spasms. The Kings have dropped two of those three games, including a 120-101 loss to the undefeated Warriors on Saturday night. In his last game a week ago against the Hornets, Cousins put up 30 points to go with 11 boards and three blocks in 31 minutes before exiting early. His probable return to Monday's lineup means Kosta Koufos should return to a bench role.
