Analysis:

An illness kept Stoudemire out of Monday's win over the Knicks, and he was restricted to working on the side at Tuesday's session. His overall presence at practice is encouraging, however, and it seems likely that he'll make the trip to Detroit for Wednesday's game. Whether he plays or not is another question, as the oft-injured veteran has already sat out 11 games this season.
