McGee (leg) has been cleared to play and is active for Sunday's game against the Thunder, Eddie Sefko of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Analysis:

McGee has been sidelined all season with a left tibial stress fracture he suffered at the end of the 2014-15 campaign, but it seems he's finally showed enough in recent practices to give coach Rick Carlisle confidence in using him off the bench. If he does end up playing Sunday, expect McGee to see a very limited role as he continues to get back to full strength. McGee will add some needed depth at center for the Mavericks, as he could eventually settle into the top backup role behind starter Zaza Pachulia.
