That's unfortunate news for teammate Kostas Papanikolauo, who's been rumored to be waived due to his near $5 million salary for the upcoming season. Arthur's defense will earn him minutes, as well as coach Mike Malone's mandate to push the ball. Although he averaged a career-high in assists and steals last season, Arthur doesn't offer tangible value in standard fantasy leagues.
