Presidential perks extend to the sneaker world as well.
President Barack Obama visited the Nike headquarters in Beaverton, Ore. last week to talk about his proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, which could see lower tariffs on sneakers, according to Esquire's Adrian Nunez.
He did not leave empty-handed.
Nike gifted Obama with Air Jordan 11Lab4's, complete with a beautiful custom box featuring the presidential seal. The tongues of the shoes also reportedly have the seal in place of the Jumpman logo as well.
