Dragic (rest) said he wants to re-sign with the Heat, the Palm Beach Post reports. "Of course," Dragic said. "If you're gonna find the same language, then it's easy for everybody. It's hard to talk about that right now. We'll see. I need to sit down with my family and explore the options and see what option is the best, but the last two months that I was here was beautiful for me."

Analysis:

Dragic came to Miami from Phoenix at the trade deadline, and while he was unable to lead the Heat to the playoffs, a core of Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh and Dragic would appear to be in position to compete in the East next season. Dragic has already exercised the opt-out clause in his contract, so if he stays with Miami it will be under a new contract.
