Bulls' Noah to return Wednesday against Raptors

Joakim Noah only needed a one-game breather.

The Chicago Bulls center, who sat out the team's last contest with general soreness, will return Wednesday versus the Toronto Raptors

Noah, on a minutes restriction that could last for the remainder of the season, has missed two games recently due to soreness. He's battled pain in his surgically-repaired left knee throughout the majority of the campaign and hasn't been able to post his usual numbers.

He's averaging 7.5 points, 9.9 rebounds and is shooting a career-low 44 percent from the field.

The Bulls have had the Raptors' number this season, beating them in all three meetings, including last week by 16 points. Chicago leads Toronto by a half game for third in the Eastern Conference.
