He was a partial participant in Wednesday's practice, but it seems unlikely that he will be able to return to game action against the Spurs. Fortunately for Chicago, Pau Gasol, Taj Gibson and Nikola Mirotic are more than capable of handling the frontcourt duties, and all three have their uses in daily leagues while Noah is out.
