LaMarcus Aldridge: Injures Left Thumb Monday

Aldridge suffered a left thumb injury during Monday's win against the Kings, The Oregonian reports.

Analysis:

Aldridge left the game for good with 10:26 remaining in the second quarter, but not before putting up 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-2 3Pt), two steals, one rebound, and one assist in 14 minutes. Afterward, coach Terry Stotts stated that Aldridge has undergone X-rays and an MRI, but further evaluation will be required to learn the true extent of the injury. In Aldridge's stead, Thomas Robinson garnered 21 reserve minutes, during which he posted five points, six boards, three steals, and one assist.
