Iman Shumpert: (Shoulder) Should Play By End of Week

Shumpert (shoulder) has been playing 3-on-3 recently and should return to the court by the end of the week, theCavaliers' official site reports.

Analysis:

Shumpert suffered a dislocated shoulder on Dec. 12, which has sidelined him in the interim. After Monday's game against the Bulls, his next opportunities to play arrive Wednesday against the Jazz and Friday versus the Hornets. While he may not log a significant workload right off the bat, he should nonetheless provide coach David Blatt with a plus wing defender and three-point threat.
