Report: Nets trying to finalize Kirilenko deal with Sixers

Brad Penner / USA Today Sports

The availability of Nets stars Deron Williams, Joe Johnson and Brook Lopez captured headlines Tuesday, but it's Andrei Kirilenko who could be on the move first.

Shortly after reports emerged that Brooklyn has made Williams, Johnson and Lopez available, Yahoo Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski reported Tuesday that the Nets and Philadelphia 76ers were once again discussing a trade involving Kirilenko.

Between falling out of Lionel Hollins' rotation and an undisclosed family matter, Kirilenko has logged only 36 minutes in seven appearances for the Nets this season.

The 33-year-old - who is owed $3,326,235 this season - could still be an appealing option for contending teams looking for some versatility off the bench, however, if the Sixers do eventually acquire and waive Kirilenko.
