After missing practice a day earlier with the illness, Young was able to get in a workout Thursday to make himself an option off the bench for the Celtics' next game. That being said, Young has yet to crack coach Brad Stevens' rotation with just three appearances on the season, so expect him to remain unused despite the fact he's now healthy.
