Muhammed had a relatively disappointing rookie campaign last season as he only averaged 3.9 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 0.3 assists during 7.8 minutes per game. Maybe more importantly, he only played in 37 games for Minnesota as he spent time in the D-League and out with an MCL injury towards the end of the season.
