Lottery reform may be on the way, and changes to the league's current system are probably necessary for various reasons. But there's still something to be said for a team coming off a 15-win season having cause for optimism, and the Milwaukee Bucks could find themselves with an abundance of it if rookie and No. 2 overall pick Jabari Parker keeps doing stuff like this:

The play was as timely and clutch as it was slick and athletic. It put the Bucks up three with less than a minute remaining, effectively sealing their second win of the preseason.

Parker finished with 21 points (on 8-of-17 shooting), 11 rebounds, two assists, two steals, and two blocks as Milwaukee downed the Minnesota Timberwolves - and No. 1 overall pick Andrew Wiggins - 105-98.
