VIDEO: Griffin, Parsons, Barnes and Shumpert participate in Nicholas Sparks book club

Matt Barnes is passionate about the existence of soul mates, and Chandler Parsons is too much of a playboy to understand. White wine gives Iman Shumpert a headache, and Blake Griffin remains one of the most enjoyable athlete-sketch actors in existence.

Those are the lessons learned from a two-minute skit from The Jimmy Kimmel Show this week. Those four NBA players took part in an emotional book club session, discussing what they felt reading "The Best of Me" by "The Notebook" author Nicholas Sparks.

Sparks himself even showed up to clarify the novel's message for Parsons.

Who cried laughing at this?

"Shump did."
