Rockets guard James Harden played host to over 500 kids Saturday at his basketball camp in The Woodlands community north of Houston.

After the 24-year-old spent time going head-to-head with young fans, he addressed his comments from earlier this summer, dismissing the importance of former teammate Chandler Parsons.

“I won’t feed into it,” Harden said, via the Houston Chronicle. “Chandler and I have had plenty of conversations, especially lately. Everything has been overblown. I’m happy for Chandler. He’s in a great situation. I wish nothing but the best of luck for him.”

Harden and Parsons were reunited this summer at Team USA's training camp in Las Vegas. Parsons signed an offer sheet for a three-year, $46-million deal with the Dallas Mavericks in July that the Rockets declined to match.

Of note from Saturday's camp, one player was selected as the day's No. 1 'draft pick.' Langston Adams, age 6, was asked how much Harden should have to pay him as the first overall pick.

His answer: "Sixteen dollars."
