Mike Miller announces that he will not be returning to the Grizzlies next season

With his sights set on joining up with LeBron James once more, sharpshooter Mike Miller took to Instagram to announce his departure from Memphis.

The image also came with a touching farewell:

Just informed the Grizz are going in another direction. I completely understand, but wanted to thank you so much for everything. Awesome city. Awesome fans. Thank you for the opportunity. I will always love Memphis #letitfly

Miller returned to Memphis last season after spending parts of six seasons with the team between 2003 and 2008. 

As of yet, it's unclear as to where Miller will end up. A number of teams are said to be in pursuit of the spot-up shooting forward, but it's believed his sights are set on Cleveland, where James will play next season.
