As of Tuesday, free agency was technically open, with players and teams free to negotiate in earnest. However, July 1-9 represents the league's "moratorium period," and as such no deals can become official until July 10. That's why you'll notice a "Reported" tag on all deals until the 10th, but rest assured, most firm reports this time of year are just that.
