Toronto fans can certainly take hope in the fact that Lowry, who developed a reputation as a bit of a selfish player early in his career, flew up from Philadelphia to attend Raptors' GM Masai Ujiri's event to raise money for the Nelson Mandela Foundation and the Giants of Africa organization, but until his name is actually on a new contract his NBA future remains uncertain.
