Al Harrington: Out 4 Weeks with Knee Surgery
Harrington (knee) will undergo knee surgery and be out for at least four weeks, the Washington Post reports.
Analysis:
Harrington has been unable to play since injuring his knee on November 12th. He originally tried to return without undergoing surgery but recently experienced a setback during rehab. Before the injury, Harrington was averaging 7.9 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.0 assists. Harrington's absence coupled with Nene Hilario's leg injury should mean that Trevor Booker and Jan Vesely should play a larger role in the Wizards' frontcourt increasing their fantasy value.
